Elizabeth (Herman) Schmutzer '01 is a Stott certified Pilates master instructor. In her Pilates career, Elizabeth has worked with a number of small, boutique Pilates studios as well as large fitness gyms and assisted in building and growing the Pilates departments in several of these facilities. She has also had the experience of working with a number of celebrity and high-profile clients. After 20+ years of teaching experience and managing and operating Pilates and Yoga studios, Elizabeth gets to experience the most exciting venture yet…her own Pilates and Yoga studio. eStudio Pilates + Yoga in Oceanside opened last March. Elizabeth and her husband Eric reside in Oceanside with their two daughters.
