As a proud graduate of La Salle, Ms. Bonacci is currently starting her 24th year in Catholic School Education. She has earned two M.A in Education and School Counseling from Azusa Pacific University. She is also a Doctoral Candidate at Cal State Fullerton.

Mr. Andre Nicdao, Pastoral Life Coordinator

Mr. Nicdao is a child of God, a husband, a father of three children, and an educator.

This is his first year at La Salle College Preparatory. However, he is starting his twentieth year in Catholic School Education and Formation. Mr. Nicdao has had an experiential background as a Catholic school educator, administrator, and pastoral ministry since his seminary formation. In his early years, he had previously attended De La Salle Zobel School in the Philippines from K-6th Grade.

Mr. Nicdao has earned M.A. degrees in Education and Theology respectively from LMU and St. John’s Seminary. In addition, he also has B.A. degrees in English and Philosophy from St. John’s Seminary College along with a Single Subject Credential in English from UCSD.

He is truly grateful to God and the Lasallian community for bringing him back home to his roots, and looking forward to beginning this faithful journey.

Mr. Ficklin has earned a BA in Mass Communications from Briar Cliff University.. He is in his 2nd year teaching at La Salle and his 9th year of coaching and mentoring young people in 5 states. He is also the recipient of the Signum Fidei Award for his positive impact on the student community.

Ms. Frisina graduated from LaSalle in 2011 and started working at La Salle in 2015. She received her Bachelor’s in Religious Studies and Education from The University of Arizona. She received her Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors University. She also has her Religious Education Certification from the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. Ms. Frisina is also the winner of the St. Joseph Service Award, an award given to her by her colleagues for her service to the school.

Ms. Strouse graduated from La Salle in 2007 and received two Bachelor's degrees from Humboldt State University (now Cal Poly Humboldt) in International Studies and German in 2012. Ms. Strouse started working at La Salle in 2018.
