Crystal Ball 2015 - Disco Fever On the evening of May 8, 2015, the Langham Huntington played host to La Salle for the 16th annual Crystal Ball - Disco Fever. This year's honoree is Ed Malicdem '88, P`16, '19. Thank you for being such a help and role model for the Lasallian community here in Pasadena. We would also like to thank the Crystal Ball Committee for all your hard work and dedication that led to this year's event being completely SOLD OUT! We have high hopes for you next year! It's almost the end of another wonderful school year. Although we are all looking forward to summer with much anticipation, we encourage you to put your best foot forward during these last few weeks. Semester exams will occur during the last part of May and the first part of June. During this time, PowerSchool will be unavailable (it will not go online again until after exams). June 1 - Periods 5 and 4
June 2 - Periods 3 and 2
June 3 - Period 1
Exams will take place over 90-minute blocks starting at 8am sharp. The daily schedule is as follows:
8:00 - 9:30 (Exam 1)
9:30 - 9:50 (Break)
9:50 - 11:20 (Exam 2)
11:20 - Dismissal
June 3rd will be the last exam. You will only have the first exam block and then you will have completed your year at La Salle High School.

Rehearsals and Exams Information for our 2015 Summer Programs is now available Junior Class Council Fundraiser
Rehearsals begin right after the last exam of the day. Rehearsals will not being until everyone has arrived. If you are late, you will be holding up everyone else. Attendance at ALL rehearsals is mandatory. Rehearsals may last anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on promptness and cooperation. On Tuesday, you may wish to wear the shoes you will wear at the Commencement so that you can test how they will feel going up and down the stairs at the Church of the Nazarene.

The graduation caps and gowns are navy blue. Gowns mus be "de-wrinked" (follow directions on package) before each ceremony. Set iron to LOW HEAT!!!!
All three events (Presentation, Baccalaureate Mass, and Commencement) are dressy.
At the Presentation and Commencement, wear your caps, gowns, and honor cords. (NO OTHER ITEMS OF CLOTHING MAY BE WORN OVER THE GOWN).
At the Baccalaureate Mass, wear only the gown.
Men should wear dark dress slacks and a shirt and tie. Dress shoes look the best. In any case, whatever type of shoe you wear MUST be tied! NO sandals, NO jeans!
Ladies should wear skirts or dresses and dress shoes (if possible) that will be comfortable under the graduation gown. Remember that you will be walking down stairs facing the audience at the Commencement so be careful of heel height. NO sandals!
La Salle conducts dignified graduation exercises. Inappropriate behavior is not acceptable. Please let your guests know. Inappropriate behavior may result in disciplinary action or removal from the event.
