Payment of course fees and the $25 nonrefundable registration may be submitted online at the time of enrollment. If enrollment is completed via Plan 2 or Plan 3, payment is due in full within 10 business days of our receipt of the enrollment form. If the payment is not received within 10 business days, the student's enrollment will be cancelled. No exceptions.
All fees are due by June 16, 2017. A charge of 10% per course fee will be assessed for any payments made after June 16, 2017. No late payments are allowed for any mandatory academic course.
All refunds must be requested in writing. The refund schedule is as follows:
- Full refund of course fee for requests received no later than one week before course start date.
- 50% refund of course fee for requests received within one week of course start date.
- No refunds will be issued after the course's start date.
Cancellations - The Office of Summer Programs reserves the right to cancel a course if the enrollment requirements have not been met. Notification of a course’s cancellation will be sent no later than one week before the course’s start date. The course fee will be refunded in full or applied to another course.
In keeping with La Salle's policies on enrollment, certain courses are capped as indicated in the course descriptions. Please note that sections for these courses are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Early enrollment in these courses is strongly recommended. If a course is full, students will be placed on a waiting list. If no spot becomes available, the course fee will be refunded in full or applied to another course.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR LA SALLE STUDENTS: Please note that if a class is cancelled and no replacement summer course is requested, any amount paid towards the summer course(s) will be applied to the student's La Salle tuition.
If you are enrolling online, you will be prompted for your credit card during checkout. All other credit card payments must be made in person at the Office of Summer Programs during regular school hours.

Verification of Enrollment
Parents will receive confirmation of enrollment either at the time of checkout for Plan 1,
or by email for Plan 2 or Plan 3.
If you are participating in Plan 2 or Plan 3, please note that enrollment will be cancelled if payment is not received within 10 business days of our receipt of the enrollment form.
Payment of all course fees including the $25 nonrefundable registration fee is due within 10 business days of our receipt of the enrollment form. If you enrolled via the online portal, no additional action will be required following your submission.
If payment in full is not received within 10 business days, the student’s enrollment will be cancelled.
Once payment has been received, parents will receive final confirmation of enrollment. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, notification will be sent no later than one week before the start date of the course.
