Request a Transcript

Official Transcript Requests must be mailed with payment or made in person at the Registrar’s Office.

You can obtain an official copy of your transcript by doing one of the following:

  • Request an official transcript in person by going to the Registrar’s Office (Room 338) at La Salle. The cost of a transcript is $5.00 per copy, which can be paid by cash or check.
  • Mail in a request for an official transcript. Make sure the following is included in your request:
  •   Full Name (as it appeared while in attendance at La Salle)
  •  Graduation Year
  •  Your current contact information (address, phone number and email)             
  •   Number of Transcripts to be mailed
  •   Address(es) where transcripts are to be mailed
  •   A check or money order made payable to
  •   La Salle High School (Cost is $5.00 per transcript)
  •   Mail everything to:
        La Salle High School
      Attn: Registrar’s Office
      3880 E. Sierra Madre Blvd.
      Pasadena, CA 91107


Please note that requests are processed in the order in which they are received and may take a few working days to be sent to you.

Pasadena area alums partnered with the Salvation Army on May 11th for Alumni National Month of Service
Alums living in our nation's capitol enjoyed some drinks and networking on May 8th, 2013
Nearly 30 alums returned to campus May 7-9 to speak to interested sophomores about their industries and career paths.
Alumni living in the Los Angeles area participated in the Alumni National Month of Service project at the St. Francis Center in downtown Los Angeles on Saturday, May 4th 
Alumni living in San Francisco volunteered their time for Alumni National Month of Service on Saturday, April 27th to tutor 4th-8th grade students at De Marillac Academy. 
Tood Kislter '00 returned to campus on April 29th to share his newspaper insights as a news copy editor with students who work on the school newspaper, "The Lance."
Tom Anthony '67 returned to campus to speak with AP Government students about his career working for the FAA
Charlie Guillen '94 was back on campus to share his experience as a filmmaker with students interested in the film industry.
Dick Baumer '63 (father of Chris Baumer '94) was on campus on April 10, 2013 to speak with members of La Salle's Support Our Troops Club and Animal Heroes Club about his experience as a military dog handler in Vietnam.
